That definition well describes our company. At Heritage Window Fashions, we conduct our day to day business based on the philosophy of thought that our customers deserve the very best. And we obligate ourselves daily to ensure that our very best is exactly what our valued customers receive from us.
We began our career in the window coverings industry as independent retailers just like you. After many years of frustrations with the big, national name brand suppliers; we came to the conclusion that they did not necessarily feel the need to exhibit the tradition of noble obligation to us...or any of the independent retailers that are the heart and soul of this industry. The low level of quality control in the products that we received from them, coupled with the (at the time) newly emerging trend of the fabricators of bypassing their loyal customer base and selling directly to new home builders, big box stores, and Internet based companies - led us to begin manufacturing our own blinds.
That was in 1995. Today, we no longer work in the retail end of the business. Quickly, word got out of the quality that came with a Heritage product and other retailers began asking to sell our products because they too were fed up with competing with their suppliers. Because we have walked in your shoes, we know exactly what you need from a fabricator in order for your business to be profitable and run smoothly. The trend of bypassing independent business owners is no longer a new one for the national name brand companies. Today, it’s a full blown epidemic. Anyone with even a slight comprehension of the state of the industry today - knows full well that when you’re selling certain products - you are first purchasing them from your competition.
